Vinyasa means 'connection of movement and breath'. In these yoga classes you will learn to connect your movement to your breath and at the same time work on strengthening the body and mind. The different asanas are linked together in a flowing sequence, in a way that will prepare your body for more advanced postures like balancing poses, intense hip openers and backbends. This is an all level class, no prior yoga experience is necessary just an open mind and willingness to stretch, connect and have fun

Yin Yoga is a quiet and simple practice, but not necessarily an easy practice. Yin yoga works deeply into our body. It targets our deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues — ligaments, joints, bones, and the deep fascia networks of the body — rather than the muscles. Energetically, yin yoga improves the energy flow, enhancing the flow of chi in the organs. To be healthy, we need healthy organs as well as healthy muscles!
